I signed up and won enough to cash out. After a couple days, my bank emails me saying they returned the deposit back to the sender because the name of the payee didn't match the name on my checking account. I have been in communication with what seems to be the only agent that works there, over the course of the last 5 or so days. I said "my bank said the money got returned to the sender." This dude says "ok. So you'll get it back then" I told him that I haven't received it though. He literally said to me "oh, you lost it all then?" He was rude AF but I figured if I popped off at him he'd have a reason to block me and I could kiss my redemption goodbye. He told me to delete my bank information and then resubmit it. I said "ok, but how is that going to help? My bank information isn't going to be any different than I put it in the first time." The bank isn't the issue. If the info was wrong it wouldn't have made it all the way there in the first place. Even still, I said "ok. How?" He said let me get with "tech department" and he'll get back to me. I've messaged for days and he said "best case scenario is wait for us to email you". I said that is not best case scenario for me. I haven't heard anything since. Save yourself the headache and go with Spinzta or one of the other many reputable casinos.
