This place is 100% a scam!!! I won $100 and did the cash out yesterday and I noticed I didn’t have any emails or anything regarding a redemption. So when I sign back on today, I look at my transaction history and there’s nothing there like I was never even there yesterday. almost had me questioning my sanity.lol!!! I messaged customer support about it and did not get a response and now when I try to login, I’m unable to get into the site. It says bad token or some crap if you guys are reading this you suck.

I signed up and won enough to cash out. After a couple days, my bank emails me saying they returned

I signed up and won enough to cash out. After a couple days, my bank emails me saying they returned the deposit back to the sender because the name of the payee didn't match the name on my checking account. I have been in communication with what seems to be the only agent that works there, over the course of the last 5 or so days. I said "my bank said the money got returned to the sender." This dude says "ok. So you'll get it back then" I told him that I haven't received it though. He literally said to me "oh, you lost it all then?" He was rude AF but I figured if I popped off at him he'd have a reason to block me and I could kiss my redemption goodbye. He told me to delete my bank information and then resubmit it. I said "ok, but how is that going to help? My bank information isn't going to be any different than I put it in the first time." The bank isn't the issue. If the info was wrong it wouldn't have made it all the way there in the first place. Even still, I said "ok. How?" He said let me get with "tech department" and he'll get back to me. I've messaged for days and he said "best case scenario is wait for us to email you". I said that is not best case scenario for me. I haven't heard anything since. Save yourself the headache and go with Spinzta or one of the other many reputable casinos.

Slow redemption waiting period

Pretty fun games good selection and won enough cash to redeem some winnings, but the redemption period is slow I'm on two days so far waiting for approval. So that sucks

Well for now I’m giving a 4, if my first redemption comes in and I’ll bump it up to 5 Stars, Fingers Crossed🤞When signing up you get a 2.00 bonus, and they have a 6.75 package and you get 17 sweeps coins, then I think once I did that they popped one up for 9.something for I think 20 sweeps coins, something like that, so after I purchased the 6.00 one I started hitting good spins, I’ve been playing for like 2 hrs, lol.Very good selection of games and really good venders. I also used the customer service and it’s a live person to chat with, very nice, verification was a breeze, just have no clue how long redeeming takes??, I hope it’s fast!!
