In the beginning, everything seemed to be structured. They would provide me with updates and stick with the project plan. Not to mention, they never disclosed all of their fees and services in the initial consultation. I paid $5000 for the "lifetime" maintenance and hosting package which included the app and now I regret it. My site has been live for 3 months now, every time I ask for an update to be made it takes weeks and I have to follow up profusely for an update. I've shared my honest feedback several times and there has been no improvement. App still isn't live and they can't seem to provide proper updates. Please find another company that will deliver on time, be upfront with their fees and not require you to have to babysit their tasks.
