If only zero stars were an option! The service has been utterly unacceptable. We have been without hot water or heating in our building managed by the company, and they seem indifferent to resolving the issue. Daily, we receive generic emails stating that an engineer will come to fix it, but nothing ever changes. Access to hot water is a fundamental necessity, yet they seem oblivious to this. Each time I reach out, I get a different story, with the latest claim being that all three pumps responsible for heating and hot water are broken and awaiting parts. This issue has persisted since 2022, and they have never effectively addressed the faulty pumps. It appears they are now irreparable. The staff show no concern, and this company should be shut down. To make matters worse, calls to the emergency line are ignored. It’s appalling behavior that could lead to numerous lawsuits.
