We have been without hot water or heating in our building managed by the company, and they seem indifferent to resolving the issue. Daily, we receive generic emails stating that an engineer will come to fix it, but nothing ever changes. Access to hot water is a fundamental necessity, yet they seem oblivious to this. Each time I reach out, I get a different story, with the latest claim being that all three pumps responsible for heating and hot water are broken and awaiting parts. This issue has persisted since 2022, and they have never effectively addressed the faulty pumps. It appears they are now irreparable. The staff show no concern, and this company should be shut down. To make matters worse, calls to the emergency line are ignored. It’s appalling behavior that could lead to numerous lawsuits.

I recently completed work for them, and their attention to detail was apparent from the beginning. Even during the quoting phase, they required comprehensive information, ensuring everything was clearly outlined and justified before the quote could be considered. If you are considering this company for managing your premises, steer clear of them. Our experience has been chaotic and frustrating. They often charge above market rates and consistently increase service charges. Key concerns include their inexperience with large projects, leading to budget overruns and delays, as well as aggressive communication practices. They often send erroneous notices and are unresponsive to inquiries, requiring multiple follow-ups. Their service is not only expensive but also substandard, with inadequate property maintenance despite high fees. Their approach to customer relations is also poor, often resorting to legal threats instead of maintaining open communication. Year after year, their billing increases are shocking, making them an undesirable partner for property management.
Update on my previous review of this property management company. It has now been a year since we served notice to them, and nine months since a new company took over managing our block. Despite this, the previous company continues to ignore requests for crucial financial information. This is unprofessional and highlights the lack of regulation in this industry. If you are facing issues with them, consider terminating their services sooner rather than later; I wish we had.
They harass you for service charges that have already been paid and ignore emails addressing the issue. Despite providing all evidence to them, it has been disregarded. They continue to send emails demanding payment. Read the negative reviews carefully and take heed! AVOID.
Outstanding service and communication from the portfolio manager. We had a water leak from the communal waste pipe while I was away for a few months. Upon my return, I noticed the wet walls and mold. The issue was addressed quickly, and a contractor was sent promptly. He was meticulous and delivered great results. A big thank you!
They provide no real service but are quick to collect their fees. Communication is non-existent, and they avoid answering our questions. Their staff are skilled at talking without making any meaningful contributions. Some employees treat customers poorly.
