Like several others I would give zero stars given the choice.LBM are by far and away the worst property management that I've ever come across. They were imposed upon our block by the freeholder and proved themselves totally incompetent both administratively and financially. My advice to others would be that if you have a choice, then avoid LBM like the plague.
