I ordered a blind on October 20th, which arrived ten days later. I installed it in early November, and by November 23rd, I reached out for help because I had trouble opening it. On October 26th, they requested a video, which I sent the same day. By December 8th, I followed up for a response, and on the 9th, they claimed they hadn't received my video. I resent it along with proof that I did send it on the 26th.
