The product boasts exceptional quality, is user-friendly, and easy to install. The support team was outstanding and addressed my questions quickly. Delivery was punctual. Our sleep quality has greatly improved. The blackout feature truly works, to the extent that I now rely on my alarm to wake up instead of being disturbed by early morning light. There are a couple of points worth mentioning, though not as criticisms: leaving windows open creates a vacuum that can displace the blinds, and precise measurements are essential for a perfect fit. We plan to purchase for additional rooms!

Fantastic customer service (worked with a representative). I ordered a blind and opted for measurement insurance. My measurements were slightly off, and they quickly collected the item and resized it at no charge. When it was returned, there was a tiny tear in the fabric, and after contacting them, they immediately offered a replacement or a discount. Since I had already installed it, I chose the discount. The product works wonderfully in my child's room. Excellent customer service, highly recommended.
I was excited to try this product, but it has turned out to be a total waste of money. I provided accurate window measurements during ordering. The width of my window is 1180 mm, consistent throughout. The package includes three batons to attach—one on each side and one on top. The side batons have a protrusion at the top. After installing them, the cassette should slide into these protrusions. However, the cassette is too wide. I measured it, and it is indeed 1180 mm, but the protrusions prevent it from fitting properly. I'm really let down; this product could be excellent for others, but it was a significant risk for me and ultimately a waste of money.
I ordered a blind on October 20th, which arrived ten days later. I installed it in early November, and by November 23rd, I reached out for help because I had trouble opening it. On October 26th, they requested a video, which I sent the same day. By December 8th, I followed up for a response, and on the 9th, they claimed they hadn't received my video. I resent it along with proof that I did send it on the 26th.
