Our sleep quality has greatly improved. The blackout feature truly works, to the extent that I now rely on my alarm to wake up instead of being disturbed by early morning light. There are a couple of points worth mentioning, though not as criticisms: leaving windows open creates a vacuum that can displace the blinds, and precise measurements are essential for a perfect fit. We plan to purchase for additional rooms!
