I wish I could rate lower

I wish I could rate lower. I ordered holiday lights in early November, but they have not arrived yet. Contacting customer service was incredibly frustrating, and when they finally replied, their response was inadequate. The tracking number was incorrect after it reached the US and changed carriers. There was no updated tracking, just an unconfirmed delay, and I was told it was lost in transit. They mentioned it would take another 10 to 12 days to send a replacement, which would be almost Christmas Eve for something I expected before December began. I'm very unhappy with their service, so I requested a refund. I will have to purchase lights elsewhere, and I strongly recommend that others avoid this service as well.
