Very disappointed with the service

I would give a lower rating if possible. I ordered holiday lights in early November and have not received them. Contacting customer service was frustrating, and when I finally received a response, it was inadequate. The tracking number provided was incorrect after it reached the US and changed carriers. There was no updated tracking, just an unconfirmed delay, and I was informed it was lost in transit. They said it would take another 10 to 12 days to send a replacement, which would arrive just before Christmas Eve for an order I expected well before December. I'm very dissatisfied with their handling of this, so I requested a refund. I guess I will have to buy elsewhere, and I strongly advise others to avoid this service.
