I'd ordered a knife from Blomuse (from a FaceBook advert), and it arrived as promised (customs being what they are these days), and appeared fine. It opened - I didn't understand how to close - they instructed - it worked. One might expect the story to end there. However - it wouldn't open again, on any consistent basis. I explained, sent 1 picture, and got a new knife in replacement in an entirely reasonable time. I'm a happy customer.
