I had an Issue with the Closing of the Switchblade, and Lexie was Very Knowledgeable in her Answer and the Small Video She sent to me. I figured it out from the Video, and found that my knife just needed a very small bit of Oil on the Moving Mechanism that Releases the the Blade, now its working Very Well. Thank You Lexie
