I’ve used this flower delivery service a few times before without issue, but my recent experience was completely unacceptable. I placed an order over a week in advance for delivery on 13th Feb, a special Valentine’s occasion, and even contacted the business on the day to confirm that delivery would happen. I was reassured it would.
Nothing was delivered to my partner. When I followed up the next day, I was told the flowers were left with “security and the gate.” Plot twist: it’s a private house with no security, so clearly the delivery was made to the wrong place. I informed them of this mistake, and they claimed it had been “redelivered successfully.” This is not true.. my partner still did not receive anything.
This means I paid for Valentine’s roses that ended up with a complete stranger, and the business has ruined what should have been a special gift. To make matters worse, there’s no way to reorder or get a redelivery because the day is over.
Previous good experiences don’t make up for this level of incompetence. I cannot recommend this service after such a disappointing and careless experience.
