I still haven't received my order. When ever I inquire about my order originally they said I gave the wrong address which I did not and I've gotten item from them before with same address. Now I only get AI generated responses about how I need to be patient. I have been very patient up to now IMO. They use uni uni as their delivery service. It's a Canadian based delivery company and if you are like me in the US they don't care about your order. I get an even worse AI generated response from them. They say your ticket has been closed. With no other info. What? Where is my package? When will it arrive? Nothing. Buyer beware especially if you live in the US!!!
