Everything i have purchased from there from jeans ,tops and swimwear i have never had a problem with.. The clothes are very comfortable and true to size fit. I can even size down on materials that say high stretch materials.

It’s often a challenge to discover clothing that suits my uniquely shaped body. I've explored various stores, both physical and online, but my best experiences have been with a particular retailer. While not every item I order is a keeper, I find that I keep around 75% of my purchases and returning the rest has been hassle-free. The quality of the fabrics is excellent, avoiding the cheap, shiny materials typical of fast fashion brands. The prices are quite fair, and the selection is extensive. This retailer is definitely my top choice for clothing right now.
The new delivery service they use won’t leave packages on the porch of apartment buildings. The representative I spoke with mentioned they can only leave it at the front door and require a photo of the door. This is unfeasible due to the building's security doors, and since I was at work, I couldn’t let him in. He insisted that was the only delivery method and then disconnected the call. The tracking page doesn’t provide any information about the delivery service, so I can’t reach out to them. The tracking history indicates they’ve been to my building six times and marked my package as undeliverable. Unless they come when I’m not at work and inform me of their arrival, there’s simply no way to receive my order. If you live in a building with security doors, purchasing from this company may not be feasible! Many apartments have security doors, making this situation ridiculous. I’ve never encountered delivery problems with any service before and have been a loyal customer for two years, but it seems I won't be able to shop with them anymore since I can’t receive what I paid for.
I really enjoy your clothing and am quite satisfied overall, although I have a few tops that require alterations because the arm lengths are too long. This is the first time I've encountered this issue, as I am 5'7" and typically everything fits perfectly. Tomorrow, I have an appointment with a seamstress to shorten six tops, which will be quite costly.
I still haven't received my order. When ever I inquire about my order originally they said I gave the wrong address which I did not and I've gotten item from them before with same address. Now I only get AI generated responses about how I need to be patient. I have been very patient up to now IMO. They use uni uni as their delivery service. It's a Canadian based delivery company and if you are like me in the US they don't care about your order. I get an even worse AI generated response from them. They say your ticket has been closed. With no other info. What? Where is my package? When will it arrive? Nothing. Buyer beware especially if you live in the US!!!
