The new delivery service they use won’t leave packages on the porch of apartment buildings. The representative I spoke with mentioned they can only leave it at the front door and require a photo of the door. This is unfeasible due to the building's security doors, and since I was at work, I couldn’t let him in. He insisted that was the only delivery method and then disconnected the call. The tracking page doesn’t provide any information about the delivery service, so I can’t reach out to them. The tracking history indicates they’ve been to my building six times and marked my package as undeliverable. Unless they come when I’m not at work and inform me of their arrival, there’s simply no way to receive my order. If you live in a building with security doors, purchasing from this company may not be feasible! Many apartments have security doors, making this situation ridiculous. I’ve never encountered delivery problems with any service before and have been a loyal customer for two years, but it seems I won't be able to shop with them anymore since I can’t receive what I paid for.
