My entire experience with the service was a complete disaster. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST wasting your money here. Here are the issues we encountered: 1. Flowers were delivered on the wrong day.
2. The flowers received were not what we ordered.
3. An email arrived three days later stating that the flowers we wanted were out of stock.
4. The flowers were left on the front step of a north-facing porch in the scorching sun at 3 PM. When discovered 2.5 hours later, they were virtually all dead.
5. When I called the support team, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of respect; no apology was offered, nor any form of customer care.
6. I sent a follow-up email politely outlining our issues and requesting a refund, which led to an offer of a partial $50 credit on a $165 purchase—essentially asking us to spend more money with them. This will never happen. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand, as there are countless negative experiences similar to mine.
