I am upset with myself for not reading the reviews before I ordered flowers from Bloomex. I ordered it well in advance and selected delivery on the 14th of Feb. Needless to say, today is the 17th and flowers have not arrived yet, probably because it was sent with an NZ courier... You would think they would utilise a local florist to deliver the flowers.

Did not deliver on valentine day despite placing order in advance. Sent wrong flowers, more like get well soon than the red roses and teddy I ordered. When I questioned they replied they had no stock of red roses and teddy so sent another flower bouquet of same value. And then stopped replying to my messages.

I purchased a deluxe bouquet of flowers and paid for next day delivery. They took 5 days to arrive and did not even resemble the photo on their website. The sparse, jaded and withered blooms were barely sufficient to make a 500g jam jar look good. I complained and was duly blocked by them. They hadn't even the grace to reply. I wish there was some way to get my $100 back.

Extremely disappointed with false advertising

I wouldn't even give them one star; they misrepresent what you order. The image you select is not what you receive, and I felt completely deceived. They expected us to understand what we were getting by claiming they included 9 white roses, but that information wasn't provided anywhere. We saw a picture and expected that product. When I tried to call and voice my concerns, the representative refused to connect me with a manager, even though we wanted to escalate the matter. We spent over 200 NZ dollars for something we could have purchased at the supermarket for $20, and the flowers arrived dead. They offered a store credit as if we would want to buy more disappointing flowers from them. I strongly advise against purchasing from this service; it will only lead to wasted money.

A thoroughly disappointing experience from start to finish.

My entire experience with the service was a complete disaster. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST wasting your money here. Here are the issues we encountered: 1. Flowers were delivered on the wrong day.
2. The flowers received were not what we ordered.
3. An email arrived three days later stating that the flowers we wanted were out of stock.
4. The flowers were left on the front step of a north-facing porch in the scorching sun at 3 PM. When discovered 2.5 hours later, they were virtually all dead.
5. When I called the support team, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of respect; no apology was offered, nor any form of customer care.
6. I sent a follow-up email politely outlining our issues and requesting a refund, which led to an offer of a partial $50 credit on a $165 purchase—essentially asking us to spend more money with them. This will never happen. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand, as there are countless negative experiences similar to mine.
