I never thought badly of this company because I never bought from them before. Today, I tried to make a simple purchase, which was completed, and then cancelled for "more verification." This happened TWICE, tying up a significant amount of money on my card until both pending purchases fell off. I tried using chat to fix it, and chat claimed my name didn't match what I put in on the chat form so they refused to do anything--which is funny, because I had to restart all over a second time with chat to fix that same issue, and made sure that I had my information correct. Then I called and the worker told me that the issue was my email...and, as a potential fix, told me to make another email account from which to make the purchase with. You insane? Wasted an hour of my life, tied up my funds, and refused to sell me anything for no justifiable reason.
