Ordered 4 items and paid for gift wrapping. All items sent separately and unwrapped, some had the gift message, some not and none had the gift receipt. Got in touch to complain and they wouldn't speak to me about it because apparently my UK address was not the billing address (which it was otherwise the card would not have been accepted). Had to be escalated to a manager and after 40 minutes of chatting I got my $5 back.
