This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star ! I ordered a simple flower arrangement for a funeral on 2/14/26 , I ordered it on Friday morning . Never once received a email ( invoice) of my order and confirmation, ok whatever. Funeral started at 2pm , still no flowers. Checked website and it says it will be there by the END OF THE DAY…. um excuse me??? What do you mean ? It’s a d@mn funeral, a father we can’t get back !! Anywho , service was Sunday 2/15/26, Yelp still no flowers . Not a phone call , email , nothing . Then just literally a few minutes ago 2/17/26 I received a call from them (after I couldn’t reach them , every time I did they would hang up) they told me they was sorry they couldn’t send the order , but if I provide the deceased family address they will send a sympathy card 😂 no I want a full $114 refund!! And on top of all that they told me they needed my phone number to get contact with me , when #1 I put it on my order along with my email that I never got anything on, and #2 you just called me 🤦‍♀️ dumba$$
This place needs to go out business, I can’t believe the customer service they provided for my family and I and at a time like this . I wouldn’t recommend this place to even a clown party ! What a joke !!
