The flowers arrived a day after they told me.
But the recipient loved the flower arrangement.
The lady I spoke with was very helpful and took great care to get the order correct.
Worst experience possible. Ordered flowers for my friend's birthday, paid extra for express delivery. Asked me for a tip for the delivery person, before the order was delivered. Upcharge on everything. I know I will probably never get any of my money returned but I wish I had read actual reviews before I ordered.
Scam! I ordered some flowers for the 14th february 2026 and it was never delivered and i checked the status it say it was “delivered” on the 15th!! first of i never put the date on 15 i put 14th for valentines and again it was never delivered my wife never got it. SCAM WEBSITE!
Ordered flowers for a client for her business anniversary on the 14th of Feb. I ask them to deliver on the 13th as I know they would be busy with valentines orders. I didn't get what I paid for. I would not have paid a quarter of what I paid for on what they delivered to my client. They had one flower literally one flower in the arrangement everything else in the arrangement was not in the flower arrangement that I paid for. They put fillers in the arrangements that were cheaper in price. I also sent them a email with pictures of what I ordered and what they delivered to ask for compensation and they responded that they would investigate. Gave them 72hours and I heard nothing. I did call my CC to have this reversed as I did not get what I paid for.
This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star ! I ordered a simple flower arrangement for a funeral on 2/14/26 , I ordered it on Friday morning . Never once received a email ( invoice) of my order and confirmation, ok whatever. Funeral started at 2pm , still no flowers. Checked website and it says it will be there by the END OF THE DAY…. um excuse me??? What do you mean ? It’s a d@mn funeral, a father we can’t get back !! Anywho , service was Sunday 2/15/26, Yelp still no flowers . Not a phone call , email , nothing . Then just literally a few minutes ago 2/17/26 I received a call from them (after I couldn’t reach them , every time I did they would hang up) they told me they was sorry they couldn’t send the order , but if I provide the deceased family address they will send a sympathy card 😂 no I want a full $114 refund!! And on top of all that they told me they needed my phone number to get contact with me , when #1 I put it on my order along with my email that I never got anything on, and #2 you just called me 🤦♀️ dumba$$
This place needs to go out business, I can’t believe the customer service they provided for my family and I and at a time like this . I wouldn’t recommend this place to even a clown party ! What a joke !!
Flowers never arrived. Customer service never responded. I called, no response. I used the chatbot and got this insulting message after waiting for over 30 minutes for a response. So lame.

Not very happy at all. I ordered pink roses with baby’s breath. My daughter got red roses and no baby’s breath. And the card said “ to Holly from Holly”. It was supposed to say “love you from mom and dad”. Very unhappy for $98!!!!!
Paid for flowers to be delivered Valentine’s Day. They were not delivered that day or the next. There’s no such thing as customer service. I’m not sure they’re legit after reading all the reviews. I have no refund nor flower delivery. What a scam.
DO NOT Order from this company! Ordered some flowers for a friend, not only it was delayed by one day for the delivery, but also it was NOT what I ordered AT ALL. Email the customer service and received an A1 response but have NOT heard anything else yet. On the bottom of the flower arrangement I ordered it stated that "The bouquet you receive will have the same flowers and style as pictured. "NOT the case at all $130.00 down the drain.
This company is pure trash I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day and they never were delivered however the tracking system stated that they were. This company robbed me of $190.00 for no flowers and will not answer any of my calls automatically forwarding all calls. They are a real deal scam please, please don’t gamble on them doing the right thing because they won’t.
