Ordered flowers for a client for her business anniversary on the 14th of Feb. I ask them to deliver on the 13th as I know they would be busy with valentines orders. I didn't get what I paid for. I would not have paid a quarter of what I paid for on what they delivered to my client. They had one flower literally one flower in the arrangement everything else in the arrangement was not in the flower arrangement that I paid for. They put fillers in the arrangements that were cheaper in price. I also sent them a email with pictures of what I ordered and what they delivered to ask for compensation and they responded that they would investigate. Gave them 72hours and I heard nothing. I did call my CC to have this reversed as I did not get what I paid for.
