I arranged for flowers to surprise my wife for our 10th wedding anniversary while I was away. At noon, I received a notification stating the flowers were out for delivery, and I anxiously checked the tracking every 10 minutes, hoping they'd arrive on time. Sadly, they didn't arrive until after 9:00 PM. My wife could only receive them the next morning, making the delivery too late to have any impact. I wasn't even given the option for the delivery person to knock—only to leave them outside. If you're offering flowers for celebrations, how can you allow such a late delivery that undermines the entire purpose? Regardless of their beauty, the timing completely spoiled the surprise and significance of the gesture. A delivery late in the day for such an important moment is simply unacceptable. This experience left me feeling very disappointed and dissatisfied as a customer.
