I arranged for flowers to surprise my wife for our 10th wedding anniversary while I was away. At noon, I received a notification stating the flowers were out for delivery, and I anxiously checked the tracking every 10 minutes, hoping they'd arrive on time. Sadly, they didn't arrive until after 9:00 PM. My wife could only receive them the next morning, making the delivery too late to have any impact. I wasn't even given the option for the delivery person to knock—only to leave them outside. If you're offering flowers for celebrations, how can you allow such a late delivery that undermines the entire purpose? Regardless of their beauty, the timing completely spoiled the surprise and significance of the gesture. A delivery late in the day for such an important moment is simply unacceptable. This experience left me feeling very disappointed and dissatisfied as a customer.

I got an annual subscription for monthly bouquets as a birthday gift for my partner, who adores flowers. In the first month (October), the flowers were acceptable, but my partner didn't want to complain about a few wilted ones since she loved the idea of monthly deliveries. However, in the second month (November), no flowers arrived. I've sent two emails with no response, which is frustrating, especially since there's no phone number available. Upon checking the courier tracking, it seems the flowers could be delayed for 3-5 days, which explains why the first bouquet wasn't as fresh as expected. So far, I'm giving 1 star as I'm not impressed at all. Update: They have blamed the courier, and their supposed 100% Happiness Guarantee seems misleading. They've added a £10 credit to my account, but as you can imagine, that hasn't made me completely satisfied.
After a shaky delivery of sympathy flowers last week, I'm pleased to report that the delivery service has greatly improved thanks to the assistance of a representative. She was very helpful in resolving my issues, and I would definitely order again—thank you!
What a total disgrace—I paid £60 for what turned out to be a box of twigs. It looked nothing like the photo of the large autumn arrangement with many flowers. There were only three dried-up flower heads, and the rest was literally twigs and leaf litter.
I ordered flowers for the first time and was very impressed! The website was well-designed, making ordering easy. I got flowers for my granddaughter's birthday at a reasonable price compared to other suppliers. They were delivered on time, and I saw a photo afterward; they looked beautiful, fresh, and just like the image. I will definitely use this service for future flower occasions.
