Unfortunate how many reviews have stated the problematic auto-subscription they sign you up for after the disc assessment mentioned in fine print, and that they haven’t changed the UX of their site to cater to their self-proclaimed desires of being transparent and trustworthy. I was never sent a email outlining the terms of my purchase nor was I notified about a trial ending or the the subscription starting. Just one email from blossomup with a link to the assessment results. If I didn’t have CC charges texted to me in real time, I likely would have missed this charge completely. If they stand behind their word, they would change the purchase button to say “begin trial”, not “get instant access.” A simple, easy solution that would immediately eradicate the issue — yet hasn’t been taken for reasons one can only assume are in their own self interest.
In sure they’ll respond with something that sounds professional and sophisticated. The person/bot who writes these replies should consult with the UX team on how to better communicate their purchase agreements in the first place instead of wasting time responding to us! :)
