I bought the Snowstorm and Blizzard knives for MM2 on Saturday. By Tuesday night, both items had completely disappeared from my inventory. This is a textbook case of being sold duplicated (duped) items that get automatically deleted by Roblox’s filtering system once detected.
I contacted their support (handled by a user named Shadow) and provided irrefutable proof: my Roblox trade history is completely EMPTY, meaning no one hacked me or traded the items out. Despite this clear evidence, support is actively lying, claiming that "hackers steal from games, not inventories" to avoid taking responsibility. This is technically impossible in Roblox; if items aren't traded out and they vanish, it's because they were illegitimate copies.
Bloxxer is selling defective, "duped" digital goods and then gaslighting customers to keep their money. They refuse to offer a replacement or a refund even when presented with technical proof of their error. Save your money and stay away from this site.
