I purchased an item from Bloxxer and never received it. I’ve been reaching out to their support team for days and have received no response at all. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially since they claim to have 24/7 customer support, which is clearly false advertising. I feel completely scammed and disappointed. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from this site.
I wish I could give zero stars. I made a purchase from this website and everything seemed fine at first until after I paid and wnet to claim my order site down “for maintenance,” which was says should only last 12 hours, but it’s now been over 72 hours and counting. No access, no updates, and no responses to any of my messages or emails.It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like I’ve been scammed. There’s been zero communication from their end, which is completely unacceptable for a company taking people’s money. I just want my order or a refund, but at this point, I’m losing hope.If you’re thinking of buying from this site, don’t do it save yourself the stress and disappointment. Until they fix their website and start responding to customers, I’d strongly advise staying far away
I’m beyond angry at this point. I bought pets from Bloxxer and never received them. The site has been “under maintenance” for over 24 hours now, even though it said it wouldn’t take more than 12. That’s a complete lie.I’ve reached out multiple times and haven’t gotten a single response. No updates, no help, nothing. I’m starting to feel like I’ve been scammed out of my money. This is ridiculous and totally unprofessional.
The staff were really nice and patient with me, they offered help whenever they had the chance, making sure i had checked every possibility and showed HOW to get the items, very trusted, got my harvester, and they are really nice too!
