Terrible terrible TERRIBLE.Agents do not contact you when there are problems with your applications.They change the rules at will, and do not inform you of the policy changes, and expect you to some how know this. Tracking and communication system is designed as a barrier to getting the correct information to them, or to resolve situations or assurance that things are progressing as they should. Agents on site try to be helpful however it is clear that management and the back room develop a culture of "anti-customer".Agents will make suggestions to simply get you out and away, and often this is incorrect information only lengthening the process or delay your paperwork.No appreciable customer oriented or customer care is actually engaged and trying to prevent issues or resolve issues in an easy to follow easy communication manner.I have spent +30 hours driving and visiting this company in order to resolve issues with my paperwork and yet to make any appreciable progress.
