Came to BSL to renew my OCI. Despite being short staffed and overwhelmed with work Raman, Simran, Kanika, Varun, Preeti, and Manpreet provided exceptional service and were very considerate, had a respectful manner when dealing, had amazing teamwork, and worked beyond walk in hours to get the application completed.
The staff at the local office were unfriendly and unhelpful. If you don't opt for their paid service, they make the process challenging and treat you poorly. The representatives were outright rude, misbehaved, and refused to handle the application correctly, demanding unnecessary documents like a printed appointment letter that wasn't needed. They checked their system without appointments and didn't inquire properly, enforcing their own rules.

This service may be beneficial for families of three, including those with a young child. After facing issues with internet downtime during our visits, I decided to complete the online OCI application for all of us. On our third visit, despite a busy waiting area, we were seen quickly. The processing officer reviewed our applications efficiently and ensured everything was submitted correctly.
My husband and I visited this location and faced serious issues. Although we had an appointment, we were skipped over because we did not pay for premium services. The management was abusive, and we were asked to leave. As seniors, we found their behavior unacceptable, and I plan to escalate this issue to the media and authorities.
