I have been trying to secure a standard appointment for over three months without any luck. The platform is poorly designed, seldom shows availability for regular appointments, and is incredibly frustrating to navigate. The support team has been unhelpful and reluctant to offer clear guidance. Meanwhile, Premium appointments are readily accessible, with a price difference of around £200, and extra fees apply for basic services like SMS and email notifications. Given these circumstances, I have also lodged a formal complaint with the embassy regarding the practices of the service. In my opinion, the process lacks transparency, fairness, and genuine assistance for applicants. This experience has been disheartening and has greatly diminished my trust in the Spain visa application process.
