For more than two weeks, I received no products, updates, or communication. I sent several emails with no response. One of their support addresses even bounced back, indicating issues with their helpdesk system. After multiple escalations, the company finally replied, falsely claiming they had emailed me twice for address confirmation. I never received such emails. The lack of communication and the attempt to shift blame is concerning. I am now pursuing a chargeback and filing a complaint about potential breaches of consumer law. Caution: if issues arise, you might face silence and misdirection.
