I have been reaching to the team since 2 months. I was informed that i would be mailed with allthe details. Yest zero response. Even on instagram whoever is reading my messages just chose to read and leave it. I wonder why ?
I faced extremely disappointing and dismissive customer service. The products I received were cheap, flickering, and poorly made, priced like premium items. I ordered a red-light toothbrush and noticed a 20% discount on my mobile, which wasn't available on the website I accessed from my laptop. When I contacted customer service to inquire about applying the mobile discount, I received a curt reply stating, "Unfortunately, no. Have a nice day." I then asked about a 15% first-time customer discount, but again, the answer was no. After requesting to cancel my order to reorder with the correct discount, they falsely claimed my order had already shipped, despite not receiving any tracking information. After multiple exchanges, I threatened to report their unfair practices, and they finally offered a 20% refund as an exception. Despite my reservations about their return policy, I accepted it. To my dismay, just three days later, they initiated a flash sale with a 25% discount, followed by a 20% discount for all orders. Their dishonesty was evident when they provided a tracking number that indicated my order was still in pre-shipping status. The product itself turned out to be a cheap toothbrush that failed to meet expectations; the battery lasted only two weeks instead of the promised four. Additionally, the charger base was too large, causing the toothbrush to easily fall off. While it came in a nice box, there was no travel case included, unlike cheaper models. The brush heads felt stiff and may not be enamel-friendly. Overall, this experience has led me to view the company as dishonest, offering poorly designed products at inflated prices. I strongly advise against making a purchase to avoid a similar situation.
I got a defective item, and the after-sale customer service is non-existent. It's been two weeks since I sent my initial email asking for a return label. I'm very disappointed because I was really looking forward to using the device at home. I don't know if they will ever respond, but I definitely need my refund, so I will keep trying.

Caution: if issues arise, you might face silence and misdirection.
