Customer service is really bad, blueair do not reply to emails or reply to customers full stop! They supposed to be replacing my current one as the lead cable has popped out , no contact with them for a week now. The cable becoming dangerous is not necessarily new to these purifiers. It's a common flaw with the product. Buy a purifier, yes. But don't go for blueair.
