I have been using Blue air for years and generally like their quality. I ordered an air purifier for my mother without really measuring. When it came it was too big. I called to do an exchange and they said they don't do exchanges but did a return without any cost to me. They also helped me with another purchase, I was off the phone in 10 minutes (no bot) and then she sent me an emailing detailing everything we just talked about with instructions again. We don't get that kind of customer service in the US anymore. I was thoroughly impressed.
