The customer support is an absolute disgrace and I regret my purchase. I was not sent a broken air purifier once but twice, and the third time they wanted to send me one with the exact same problem as the two previous once. I also genuinely feel sorry for all their retailers who have to handle annoyed customers due to blueairs incompetent support. After more than 4 months of emails back and fourth Blueair has solved absolutely nothing. Thankfully the retailer has been helpful.
