This company lacks customer service. My parcel wasn’t dispatched until after the delivery date. Now, the tracking shows it will be delivered the next working day, but that has been the case for a week. They only reached out after I involved my bank to request a refund. I strongly advise against using them; they claim to have a high volume of inquiries, yet I’ve sent multiple emails without response until my bank intervened. Extremely disappointing!
