I placed an order for lingerie on 6 January. The website clearly stated that delivery would take 3–4 working days.
Today is 11 February, and I have still not received my order. I also have not received a refund or any clear information from the store regarding the status of my parcel.
The lack of communication and transparency has been extremely disappointing. As a customer, I expected a professional and reliable service — which has clearly not been provided.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend shopping with Bluebella. There appears to be a real risk of being left without your order, without proper updates, and without your money for an extended period of time.

After sending two additional messages, I received a partial refund, but then they went silent again from December 21 for 15 days. As of January 4, I'm still waiting for any updates or the arrival of my package. In summary, they provided a partial refund as an apology, but after 35 days of waiting, it feels more like I lent my money to someone rather than making a purchase from a professional seller. For comparison, I ordered a shirt from another platform on the same date, and it arrived by December 12, while my package from this seller is still missing. It's unfortunate because they seem to offer attractive products, and while I understand that the delays may not be entirely their fault, I feel they lack respect for their customers. I doubt I'll shop with them again, as they could greatly improve their professional approach. Offering free delivery is pointless if there's no option for quicker service, even at an additional cost, and if I can't get proper support regarding my order's status. According to their website, the delivery timeframe is stated as 4-7 days, which seems to reflect more on customer service response time than actual delivery.
The input section for the address during checkout is problematic. While entering my address, it kept changing to an incorrect one, which was quite frustrating. After I thought I corrected it, I placed my order, only to find out later that it reverted to the wrong address. I realized this when I received an email stating it had been delivered, but it was nowhere to be found in the mail room. The email showed it was sent to the wrong address, though my apartment number was still included. I reached out to the company for assistance, but they were unhelpful and seemed to ignore my concerns. I spent a significant amount on three items, and it's disappointing that they don't require a signature for such expensive orders. I've contacted the postal service, and while they initiated an investigation, I'm not optimistic about recovering my package. It's frustrating to pay for items I never received. Following an issue with the courier on my initial order, the replacement arrived promptly. I communicated with a real person to resolve the matter. The item fits perfectly and my model is very pleased. I wish you offered extra small sizes for all your products.
