The quality of their lingerie is excellent and well-made. However, I returned several items that didn’t fit, and while they confirmed receipt in early September, I realized in late November that I hadn’t been refunded. After emailing about two orders without refunds, they processed my refund quickly but failed to acknowledge their earlier oversight.
