For comparison, I ordered a shirt from another platform on the same date, and it arrived by December 12, while my package from this seller is still missing. It's unfortunate because they seem to offer attractive products, and while I understand that the delays may not be entirely their fault, I feel they lack respect for their customers. I doubt I'll shop with them again, as they could greatly improve their professional approach. Offering free delivery is pointless if there's no option for quicker service, even at an additional cost, and if I can't get proper support regarding my order's status.
