I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer support provided. I have sent more than six emails to the support team about an important matter, yet none received a reply for over 24 hours. Such a lack of responsiveness is unacceptable, especially for a firm where issues like KYC verification and account access are critical. Due to this inadequate support, my problem remained unresolved, I could not complete KYC properly, and I lost trading opportunities. For a company that positions itself as professional and trader-oriented, this has been one of the worst support experiences I've encountered compared to other firms. I sincerely hope the company enhances its support response time, improves communication with users, and effectively manages urgent KYC-related matters. Traders deserve timely and dependable support, and regrettably, this was not my experience.
