I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer support provided. I have sent more than six emails to the support team about an important matter, yet none received a reply for over 24 hours. Such a lack of responsiveness is unacceptable, especially for a firm where issues like KYC verification and account access are critical. Due to this inadequate support, my problem remained unresolved, I could not complete KYC properly, and I lost trading opportunities. For a company that positions itself as professional and trader-oriented, this has been one of the worst support experiences I've encountered compared to other firms. I sincerely hope the company enhances its support response time, improves communication with users, and effectively manages urgent KYC-related matters. Traders deserve timely and dependable support, and regrettably, this was not my experience.
Recently, there was a giveaway of 10k 3-step accounts, and I participated by voting for the best broker-backed firm. I filled out the required form and shared the giveaway details with my small community on a messaging platform. While all my friends and community members received their accounts, I have yet to receive mine. The service has been quite disappointing. Last year, they promised free accounts for everyone in a specific campaign, and I qualified for the giveaway. I reached out multiple times via their email support, and while I received some replies initially, I still haven't received any account, and my messages have gone unanswered.
AVOID THIS SERVICE, they compromised my account without justification, claiming it was part of a strategy, yet the trading results were -63 (0.1 lot), +68 (0.1 lot the same day), +57 (0.3 lot the next day). They even attempted to incentivize a user with discount codes to remove their review on a review platform. Additionally, they encouraged users in their community to vote for them in exchange for a challenge, but many did not even receive the promised account. The same issue occurred with their giveaway accounts. Now, my messages are being deleted from their community channels. Feel free to contact me for evidence.
I accidentally placed a 0.5 lot on a trade and quickly closed it, informing the support team that it was a mistake. They responded by closing my account, claiming it was in breach. It's hard to believe since I hadn’t even hit my maximum drawdown and was close to finishing my fifth minimum trading day. Additionally, there are strict limits on lot sizes: 0.04 for one index, 0.08 for another, and the same for gold. If you exceed these limits, your account risks closure without any warning, especially if you use a trade manager that sets lot sizes automatically. The drawdown type is also trailing, and you must complete five minimum trading days after each payout, which is quite challenging. Overall, these are the worst trading conditions I've encountered. I strongly advise against investing your hard-earned money in this trading firm. Stay cautious!
I have been trying to reach the support team to change my server for three days, but no one is assisting me. The ID and password I was given are showing as invalid when I try to log in. I have submitted multiple tickets, but I am not receiving timely responses.
This firm is a scam; please steer clear. They promised us a $10,000 account for voting for them in an award, and after I voted and submitted the form, I never received anything. Despite providing proof through direct messages on their platform and contacting their support team days ago, I still haven't received any account. I no longer want the account; I just want to warn others that this firm does not uphold its promises and is untrustworthy.
The customer support has been incredibly unresponsive. I reached out to the company about my 10k account, but I've yet to receive any reply. They are also not engaging on the communication platform. If there were a way to give a negative rating, I would. If they cannot manage customer inquiries, perhaps they should consider closing the service.
I have had a disappointing experience with the funded account I purchased. I bought an elite instant account with a $2,500 limit, but the loss limit is set at 10%. After withdrawing my profit of around $146, my account now shows that the withdrawal amount counts against my loss limits. Today, I traded and incurred a loss of around $104, and it seems the service has breached my account. They have added my withdrawal amount to the losses and are not resetting anything, just mentioning a 'Trailing Lock' which I do not understand.
