I had a positive experience with the service for nearly two years, but I've noticed some changes since they offered me a promotion to gain $2,000 for opening a $200k position. I have a raw account, by the way. After this, I observed that when I close a position, like with a recent EurCad trade, the system automatically adds extra spread. It doesn't matter if it's USDJPY or EURUSD; just a millisecond before I open or close positions, the spread increases significantly. I've had enough of this; it's unprofessional to give with one hand while taking away with the other.
