I then received a generic Risk Management email citing clauses 12.2 and 12.3 (“at the company’s sole discretion,” “not individual trading in good faith”), but with zero specifics:
• no exact trade identified as a violation;
• no evidence provided;
• just an immediate account closure and loss of all related benefits.
It feels like everything is “fine” while you’re trading, but once you become profitable and request a payout, vague terms are used to deny payment.
No transparency, no fair review process. Not recommended.
