I started trading on this platform (Blueberry Market UK) on January 27. After only one month, the money in my portfolio disappeared. It was not lost through trading. Instead, it appears that money was transferred from my portfolio to someone’s cryptocurrency account. I have never had a cryptocurrency account in my life.
I first noticed a problem on February 27, when the money I attempted to withdraw did not arrive in my bank account. Since then, I have contacted customer service, but they have only said they are “monitoring the situation.” Until today, I have received no clear explanation, solution, or update.
This has been a very terrible experience for me. I trusted this company because it promotes itself as an award-winning platform with excellent security systems. However, what happened to my account makes me question how such a situation could occur.
