I am a client of a care service in Bournemouth and have been with them for 6.5 years. I suffer from severe Rheumatoid Arthritis, which limits my mobility. The situation with the service has become quite difficult. They employ untrained staff from various countries. I had a caregiver who was not prepared for the tasks, and I had to ask her to leave. I pay a significant amount for these visits and expect proper service. After I requested her to heat my food, she left the sink overflowing, and I may have to call a plumber due to the mess left behind. It's unfair to pay for someone untrained and then deal with additional issues afterward. Also, we no longer have rotas.
