I am a client who has spent 6.5 years with the company. I suffer from severe Rheumatoid Arthritis, which limits my mobility. Unfortunately, the situation at the company has become quite challenging. They employ individuals from various countries who lack proper training. For instance, I had a caregiver who was unfamiliar with my needs. Despite having a plan in place, it took her several minutes to grasp what I required. I ended up asking her to leave. I pay a significant amount for these visits and expect a higher standard of service. After I requested her to leave, she contacted the company, and the supervisor urged me to keep her. I reluctantly agreed. When I asked the caregiver to heat my food, she did so, but hours later, I found a lot of water in the sink, which nearly overflowed due to a previous leak. I suspect this was not an accident. Now my sink is completely blocked, and I may need to hire a plumber. It feels unfair to pay for someone untrained and then have to deal with plumbing issues afterward. Additionally, we no longer have rotas, which is concerning.
