I placed an order on December 1 and still have not received my items. There was no mention when I ordered that they wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas gifts. I've asked for a refund twice, but instead received a wrong tracking number for items I didn't even order. This company seems to have serious issues with transparency, customer service, and timely delivery. I cannot recommend purchasing anything from this seller.
