While they advertise 5 to 8 days shipping, my order in the US took nearly 3 weeks. They are very polite when responding however they never resolve any issues. I bought the two in one charger and my iPhone 16 takes forever to charge and the device charging indicator light never turns green, it’s always red. The return policy is ridiculous with the buyer responsible for shipping and customs fees.

Charger never arrived, frustrating experience.

The charger never showed up. I received a standard email apologizing but they refuse to issue a refund, even though it's been over 40 days since I placed the order. The product reached the UK, but the delivery service seems to have lost it, and the company is not taking responsibility. They apologize for the trouble, say their shipping department is looking into it, and claim it's at the pickup point, yet I have received no notification and it’s not there when I check. I'm £70 out of pocket. Overall, a dreadful experience.

Order placed on December 1, still no delivery

I placed an order on December 1 and have yet to receive my items. There was no indication at the time of ordering that the items would not arrive in time for Christmas gifts. I've requested a refund twice, but instead received an incorrect tracking number for items I didn't buy. There seems to be significant issues with this company regarding transparency, customer service, and delivery. I cannot recommend making a purchase from this seller.

Disappointing experience with the service

I usually don't leave reviews, but I am not impressed with this company. 1. They are not based in the UK; they ship from Australia, which was not disclosed. I ordered chargers as Christmas gifts on December 12, thinking I had plenty of time, but they still haven't arrived by December 24! 2. Since they are based in Australia, I cannot claim back 20% VAT, which was also not mentioned. 3. They offer a 10% discount for signing up, but it only applies to sale items, which was not clear on their website. They seem to withhold a lot of information, which feels dishonest. I can't comment on the chargers since they haven't arrived. I recommend purchasing from a reliable UK-based company instead.

Strongly advise against purchasing

I would strongly advise against buying anything from this company. Their advertising is misleading. I bought chargers, but by the time they arrived—about a week later—my needs had changed, so I requested a return without even opening them. I had also purchased a prepaid return option and saw the 30-day money-back guarantee on their website. After four days of sending them photos of the unopened chargers, I keep getting told they will review my request. It's ridiculous. They questioned my reason for the return, which is frankly none of their business, and the items are still in their original packaging. They clearly lack confidence in their products if they make returns so difficult. Look for chargers elsewhere.

Company lacks product support

This company does not stand behind their products. I ordered an expensive metal band for a smartwatch. Although I initially loved it, the black coating started to wear off within weeks. When I reached out with my concern, they informed me that all black-coated metal will wear down eventually and they are not responsible for it. I would advise against making a purchase.
